Observation

Some hygiene products were in areas accessible to children. Lotion labeled 'keep out of reach of children' was on the kitchen counter accessible to children. There was some bathroom spray and hygiene products on the shelf behind the toilet, which can be reached by a few of the children in care who use the bathroom independently, as they could climb up on the toilet to reach the products.
